Angie became a mother when she was 19 years old. Her parenting journey has included single motherhood, divorced parenting, infertility, and raising kids in a blended household. It’s brought deep challenges, profound joy, and hilarious stories. Angie received her Master’s in Child, Youth, and Family Ministry before returning to school to receive her Masters of Divinity. Her passionate preaching connects the gospel to real life with all its questions, complications, and curiosities. She leads with authenticity, humor, and grace. Angie serves at Calvary Church in Alexandria, MN.
Adrian: Program Director
Adrian Walter serves as the Program Director of Next Gen Ministries at Calvary Church in Alexandria, MN. With over 25 years working with kids, students, and parents, he’s passionate about helping the next generation grow in faith and is currently developing a new ministry for parents and caregivers alongside Pastor Angie. Adrian is a proud husband to Linda, a special education teacher, and a dad to two sons. Luke, a senior studying elementary education with a math endorsement, and Adam, who’s pursuing aviation mechanics. Their home is full of energy thanks to their two dogs, Rey, the mini-goldendoodle, and Yoshi, the mini-eskipoo. Adrian’s known for his love of nerdy board games, his fantasy football dynasty (six-time champ!), and his devotion to the Vikings, Twins, and Hawkeyes. A diehard Star Wars fan, Adrian will passionately defend the original trilogy any day. He finds joy in binge-watching Ted Lasso and The Office, and dreams of vacationing in Norway, and he’s a proud Swiftie who could live off orange chicken forever.
